Retreat At The Sanctuary

Retreat with us in Wabash, IN at The Sanctuary!  Bring your sewing stuff and enjoy several days of uninterrupted time to work on all your projects while it's cold outside!

Cost is $375 per person

To hold your spot requires a $150 non-refundable deposit.  By paying the deposit, you are promising to pay the balance by December 20, 2023.

Meals included are Tuesday Supper, Wednesday Breakfast, Lunch, and Supper, Thursday Breakfast and Lunch, and Friday Breakfast.

All spots are a shared queen size bed with all linens provided.  We suggest signing up with a roommate. :)  If you need a single bed, you will need to pay for 2 spots. 

This will be the second time to visit The Sanctuary and we've learned a bit about the facility to make our stay more enjoyable.  With that in mind, please plan to bring an extension cord and a power strip as well as a personal sewing light!

If you are able and willing to bring a table or 2 to share for sewing space, please let us know! 

Please dress in layers to make yourself more comfortable as some places in the building can be a bit cold.  We will adjust workspace seating this year to help with that.  If you prefer a colder bedroom for sleeping, please let us know as a couple bedrooms run cooler than the others.

Check-in time is at 3 pm on Tuesday.  Check-out is 11 am on Friday. 

Load in is at a ground level door at the street entrance. Only one spot, so we put our blinkers on and take turns.  Then, sewing supplies must be walked up the hill and into the front door (still a few steps) or carried in and up through the building.  Sleeping is on the ground floor.  Parking is a block away but visible from the load in door.
